We may disclose Client Content to those AI-enabled service providers as necessary to process your request and provide the Services;

Where you submit Client Content to the Services, you represent and warrant that you have provided all notices and obtained all rights, permissions, consents, and other authorizations necessary for Handy Ventures and its service providers to collect, use, disclose, and process that Client Content as described in this Privacy Policy and in connection with the Services.

We may use AI-enabled tools and third-party AI or machine-learning service providers to process Client Content and generate outputs requested through the Services. We use Client Content for those purposes only as authorized by the applicable user, as described in this Privacy Policy and our agreements, or as otherwise permitted by law. Access to Client Content is limited to personnel and service providers who have a legitimate business need to access it for those purposes, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We evaluate and manage third-party providers based on the nature of the service and the information involved. We may use contractual restrictions, access controls, and technical or organizational measures designed to limit a provider's handling of Client Content to the applicable service. The information submitted to an AI-enabled provider, the provider's retention of that information, and its permitted use of that information depend on the provider and the configuration of the applicable Service.

You should not submit Client Content if you do not have the authority to permit this processing or if doing so would violate a legal, contractual, professional, fiduciary, confidentiality, or other obligation. You are responsible for determining whether use of the Services is appropriate for the Client Content you choose to submit, including whether the content is subject to heightened legal, regulatory, professional, or contractual restrictions.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, meet legal, accounting, reporting, and security requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Services, remember preferences, understand usage, and measure the effectiveness of our communications.
